About the USD 100 deposit
The deposit is made to the broker, not AEX. It is separate from the education subscription and involves trading risk. Both conditions must be approved before Advanced access is activated.

The Guild is AEX Capitals’ digital media and business growth service for introducing brokers. Instead of requiring IBs to coordinate separate designers, developers and marketing providers, The Guild offers a coordinated set of digital services under a clearly defined agreement.
Our work focuses on the infrastructure, content, campaigns and enquiry systems that support an IB’s business development efforts. The specific scope, timelines and monthly deliverables are agreed before services begin.
Six services
Website Development
Your website is often the first place a potential client evaluates your business. The Guild can help plan, design and develop a professional website with a clear structure, mobile-responsive pages, brand-consistent visuals and enquiry pathways. Work may include information architecture, content integration, contact forms, landing pages and launch coordination.
Deliverables are defined by agreement: number of pages, design revisions, integrations, domain, hosting, maintenance and post-launch changes. A website build is not an unlimited recurring development entitlement.
Social Media Management
A consistent social presence helps an IB communicate its identity and stay visible to relevant audiences. The Guild can develop content calendars, prepare branded graphics and written posts, coordinate publishing and support day-to-day channel management within the approved scope.
The agreed package defines platforms, monthly content quantities, formats, revision rounds, approvals and whether inbox or community responses are included. Financial promotions must follow applicable rules and approved claims.
Advertising Management
The Guild can plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative coordination, testing, monitoring and reporting. Campaign activity is developed around the IB’s objectives, target markets and applicable advertising restrictions.
Advertising platform spend, taxes and third-party charges are not assumed to be included in the service fee. All external ad spend and third-party costs are disclosed in the signed agreement. Campaign approval and account access remain subject to platform and regulatory requirements.
Lead Generation
The Guild can create and optimize lead-generation pathways such as landing pages, enquiry forms, campaign funnels and follow-up tracking processes. These systems are intended to help an IB capture and organize enquiries and support business development activity.
Lead quality, volume, funded-account conversion and revenue depend on factors outside AEX’s control. No fixed quantity of qualified leads, deposits or trading volume is guaranteed.
Digital Media & Creative Production
Professional creative assets help an IB communicate clearly and consistently. The Guild can provide social graphics, campaign visuals, brand-aligned layouts, promotional materials and other approved digital content suited to the agreed channels.
The package defines monthly production capacity, formats, revisions, delivery dates and ownership or licensing of final assets.
Reporting & Campaign Coordination
The Guild can coordinate work across the agreed digital channels and provide updates on campaign activity, completed deliverables and measurable indicators.
Reports are intended to support informed decisions and continuous improvement, not to imply guaranteed future performance.
Two ways to work with The Guild
Existing qualifying IB partners who generate more than 1,000 verified qualifying trading lots per month through an approved AEX business relationship may receive Guild services without a monthly Guild service fee. Qualification is based on authorized records and periodic verification, subject to the written service scope and eligibility terms.
More than 1,000 means strictly above 1,000 lots; exactly 1,000 lots does not meet the stated threshold. The calculation period, excluded volume and review schedule are set out in the written scope.
Introducing brokers without qualifying existing business can apply for a Guild service arrangement at USD 2,000 per month. Service delivery begins only after approval, a defined scope of work and an executed agreement.
Payment method, taxes, minimum term and cancellation terms are set out in the agreement.

Qualified, active Guild partners open directly to their service workspace. New applicants open a short eligibility and application screen. There is no separate Guild sales page inside the portal.

AEX charges technology providers for advertising and promotional placement. Members do not pay AEX to browse listings and do not purchase these subscriptions from AEX. All product subscriptions and payments are arranged directly with the independent provider.

For technology providers: paid promotion
Developers of EAs, AI tools and other trading software can apply to advertise through The Edge. Applicants submit business information, product documentation, factual claims, support details and risk disclosures. Listings are subject to review, approval and agreed advertising fees, placement duration and terms.
What happens after registration
The Edge opens directly to searchable provider listings. Members can filter tools and visit provider websites without an additional AEX subscription. Provider applicants use a separate listing application form.
Sponsored content and risk
Paid listings are clearly labeled as advertising. Placement does not guarantee independent verification, product suitability or trading performance. AEX does not operate third-party software or process user subscriptions. AEX’s own promotional statements remain subject to applicable advertising obligations.

Free Foundry courses are available after verification; Advanced education requires both approvals; Guild services require eligibility or a paid agreement; Edge browsing is available to registered members.
